Very frustrated with the experience of refund from @emirates airline where a genuine reason of visa rejection twice still doesn't count as a valid reason for a full refund. Issuing 30% of booking for $5k worth of tickets a complete rip-off? #emirates #ripoff #emiratesairlines

@EmiratesSupport @emirates not sure why you don't understand, we tried to get AU visa twice for my brothers family and it was refused and hence they can't travel to Australia. @SingaporeAir was kind to understand this and issued a full refund exempting their fare rules, why can't you @emirates ?

@EmiratesSupport @emirates can we escalate this internally as issuing a minor refund of $1736 for a $5016 flight is highly unethical even after me providing a valid reason of visa cancellation to your team multiple times.
