Sixth time in 3 weeks i’ve been on the phone greater than 4 HOURS!! straight for a @Delta cs rep to arrive and fix an flight change issue! Yesterday, I wanted to cancel my refundable ticket, the rep made me wait 1 hr after she first talked to then hung up!
