@JetstarAirways appalled at your lack of service and care. After 2 days, there is no urgency to find and deliver my luggage which was not boarded on my flight from MEL to SYD. Included in the missing items is a stroller and a suitcase we urgently need. #dontflyjetstar#NeverAgain
