They were duly aware that patient in need will come to rkmp station, 139 officials also try to contact but your management did not answered.

But please mark that -Bansal Helpdesk was duly notified by 139 officials, I got confirmation from Bhopal at 1am of the arrangements. But at 5am no one showed up and did not attended any calls. Other co passengers also tried but no success.
