Last night's sleep was uncomfortable(?) Dreams were weird and serious, kinda scary. Kept waking up, so turned on music to distract. Still woke up but easier fall asleep. More of visual/mental scaryness.

I woke up thinking about something, maybe things I need to do. (Brain was running, eyes were closed.) I checked the time and it was 4:19 am. Then I was like, fuck u, its not time yet, go back to sleep. 🛌

I once threw a sharpener at a wall, and i didnt know what i was expecting, but i was super shocked and scared when it shattered and scattered. I rushed to remove the evidence that it ever happened.
