The #NkabindeInquiry has found that there was no credible evidence presented that Advocate Andrew Chauke was not fit to hold his office and has cleared him of all charges.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has addressed a letter to Advocate Chauke informing him of this and that he is fit to continue with his duties.

The Inquiry has also found that there is basis and evidence that charges should be instituted against General Major Booysen and the #CatorManorUnit #CatorManor
