Lei - Only Tekken 2 base newcomer not in the roster
Eddy - Only Tekken 3 base newcomer who not in roster
Marduk - Only Tekken 4 base newcomer who not in roster (Excluding Christie)
Miguel - Only Tekken 6 base newcomer not in the roster (Along with Bob)

I don't think Bob will be back in Tekken 8 until Season 2 or 3 as he really has no importance to the story of Tekken.

Anna will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.
