I see a lot about how Tom Holland bullied mcu production to make a real movie, due to the Nolan influence, but nobody asks how this is possible that he has so much say in thw first place to have directorial, nay, executive producer level influence.

The reason is because everyone involved is a day jobber at heart. Someome just argues with them to do something their way twice and theyll just do it - whatever it takes to clock out faster, finish the task sooner and with the least conflict possible.
