Type 1 knows what they want. All in. No hesitation. Higher performers. Harder workers. No coincidence.
Type 2 is on the fence. Say they want something but won’t do a thing to get it. They stay average.
One wants it. One just says they do.

Yes, all the other tools are important - lifting, sprinting, mobility, diet, recovery, etc.
You can maximize all the tools you want, but at the end of the day…
