@cgivancouver I’m reaching out for help in clarifying the situation with my application for Passport particular updates (AFTER THREE MONTHS). Visited @BLSintServices , but did not accept payment and refused saying marriage certificate is required, despite the following documents provided in copies and original;
1. Email acknowledgement
2. Original and copy of the latest passport
3. Original OCI and Copy
3. Declaration original
4. Payment form

PLEASE HELP 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Raised query @BLSintServices and sent email but no helpful response yet, even after following multiple phone calls, it’s becoming very very stressful and difficult to update information on Existing OCI.

The upgrades to system without thoughts causes incredible hassle that CAN be avoided by just having an option to make payments online..BLS says “use our premium lounge and pay 100$ or try your luck for walk in”
