I got a call from the office of the president of AT&T and after a call where I made my real feelings about this situation very known, it seems that my issue is going to be resolved but is NOT YET COMPLETELY RESOLVED.

If you are in a similar situation, I advise you to try reaching out to the "Office of the President of AT&T". Unfortunately you may have to follow some of my other steps and wait for them to reach out to YOU.

I also explained that they needed to investigate EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT that tried to return using UPS and see how widespread this problem is. Because if they were doing this to all those people, that is a lot of money they are stealing from a lot of people. Your move @ATT

I explained that as a small creator if my little post gathered multiple responses of similar situations, that the financial implications of this on a large scale are STAGGERING.

Ok @ATT I just filed complaints with my Attorney General, the BBB, and the FCC.
Let's see if you really can't accept my proof and adjust my bill.
