THE NBA 2K COMPETITIVE COMMUNITY STANDS TOGETHER

Even though it may not always feel like it, we are grateful to the creators, developers and everyone involved in NBA 2K. Your game has brought communities together worldwide to play, compete and grow.

We will always have different opinions on gameplay, and we appreciate that feedback is sometimes heard and improvements are made.

BUT THE COMPETITIVE COMMUNITY IS BEING LET DOWN

Competitive communities around the world help players push themselves to the highest level through leagues, tournaments and organised competition. Events such as @eFIBA_official show the power of bringing this community together globally.

However, the current state of Crews and private competition is making it increasingly difficult for us to do what we have done for years.

WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR

• Customization should not be locked behind Crew Rewards
Teams, organisations and leagues need their jerseys, identities and custom courts to represent themselves and it should not take months to get what we have had to free for years.

• Private Matches need full functionality
Reports suggest custom items may not work in private kiosk games. We hope this is not the case.

• Rep, 2-Way and Heat Check should work in private games
We understand concerns around boosting, but competitive players should be able to play the full game and play the game as it is designed, similar to how you handle it in other modes, just ban those caught boosting.

• Bring back the Replay Center
This has been a major tool for competitive players and content creators for years.

• A solution for disconnections mid game.
Players cannot rejoin, teams cannot restart without risking bans, and competitive games are being forced to continue with AI players.

WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT.

We are simply asking for the tools to continue doing what competitive communities have always done:
Bring players together. Create competition. Produce content. Help NBA 2K grow.
