UPDATES FROM SOLIDARITY CENTER🛑

Comrade Mwabili Mwagodi has been set free.

The court has made a ruling on the two prayers by the ODPP.

On the first prayer where the ODPP wanted the court to allow them detain Mwabili's phone and investigate his social handles, the court has decided that the DCI already has got Mwabili's phone, so they should continue with the investigation and only limit it to X account and not any other personal data.

On the Second application, where the ODPP were asking to detain Mwabili for seven days pending investigations, the court has denied the prayer citing his right to freedom and liberty, adding that he has already been in the custody of police for the last three days.

The court has therefore directed that he be released and he will be reporting everyday at 9 a.m with his advocate to the I.O at the Mazingira Complex, DCI headquarters.

Mwabili Mwagodi is strong and is urging all of us not to bow to threats and intimidations.

Kenyan police say a 37-year-old dual citizen of Somalia and Australia has been arrested at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in connection with fraud.

The suspect, Ige Nasa, was intercepted at Terminal 1A upon arrival from Australia via Johannesburg aboard a Kenya Airways flight.

He served as an international relations advisor to the Somali president and was later dismissed.
