I just completed the base Thor13 model at 100% scale. Definitely a lot of cool design work but at that size it’s definitely fiddly. Going to print one at 200% with the additional options.
@omgchomp Are you looking to make miniatures or cosplay props? TinkerCAD is free and a good place to start. I prefer Fusion 369 and Zbrush for soft organic modeling. People also love Nomad sculpt as well but I haven’t used it.
Working on @lucky13toys Thor model and I quickly realized I did not read the instructions properly (which are very well written) and I only have singles of all the parts.
@greghuber Sorry to hear that. I was part of a recent RIF as well. It took some time to find some other engineering options in Toledo but thankfully I finally have some offers coming through. At least gave me some time to work on 3d prints more!
@owendotmusic@loyalmoses It was definitely a surprise to me but it makes sense. There’s a big drive for plug and play and even for resin some people don’t buy models that aren’t pre supported.
