@Cigar_42 I clowned on some of the early Succession paneling but this is clearly well done, this isnt a hype aura double spread it's conceived of like a "who done it" style camera pan and executes well on that in the medium. One Piece has a big problem with failing on concept execution rn

@zac_gaming__ Buying heal cut to beat one champ is mostly bad. There's a reason the items have such bad WPA when they're already generally bought less. Broad context of the game is important, but without another reason to buy it I wouldn't.

@Noah_Sky1 Shounen haters always find some BS to pick at but I do think that Bachi will be slandered less than JJK assuming it gets a good adaptation. A lot of that comes from clear narrative focus on Chihiro, JJK is a much more scattered story.

@Noah_Sky1 I really love JJK but Kagurabachi so far is a much more coherent story than JJK. The complaints around the former are totally reasonable, I think Gege really fails in ways that I just can't currently imagine Bachi will, because the narrative structure is so much stronger.

@Noah_Sky1 Feels like the whole Culling Games needed a part two, and the military subplot to be ripped out, to give great moments like this time to breathe and really matter. Imagine how much harder this hits if we have maybe 10-15 real Angel/Yuji/Megumi chapters.

@Noah_Sky1 I think the execution is done very well, but I do have some issues with it. Sidelining Megumi pretty harshly when his CG development and potential conversation with Gojo were interesting, gives Yuji no one left to play off of. Unsealing and this happen too fast.

@Sasukebix For the story at large I think Naruto is a pretty scrambled story but the core of Sasuke and Naruto is very well done, but a lot of the readers identify with Naruto and feel that visceral rejection from Sasuke. I think it shows how well most of his arc is handled

@Sasukebix Sasuke and Naruto are somewhat complex to break down but I think we can safely say this isn't a media literacy diff given that the Japanese also famously love like every Sasuke/Hiei clone. It's just a much more popular archetype of character across the pond

@bonevoid Also think people are building wrong, once you get core damage you want durability items so you can get your combo off and sustain enough to go in again. DD 3rd has been +WPA on like every champ I've played in the past 2 weeks

@bonevoid As an Unga bunga J4/Voli player assassins are hard. I played some talon recently and its easy to get strong but winning the game takes a lot of good threat assessment, positioning, good vision control. It's not easy.

@nanoSHOCK_ The standards of a weekly shounen manga in terms of character work, pacing, and world building. Are there aspects that are less cooked, or characters I'd like to see more of? Of course, but like Chihiro in all ways Hokazono is just getting started.

@nanoSHOCK_ There's just not enough that is suspect to make concrete, concise criticisms yet. I could say I'm not a fan of the sidelining of Hinao and Char, but I still love a lot of what comes after and believe character bloat has hurt good shounen like OP. Hokazono has done a good job by

@GriffinHQ_ Looks like they're pinging twitch summs so assuming they're right the only problem would be if Naut had heal which seems unlikely. Still pretty easy for Naut to live but you should get 1 free kill at least.

@GriffinHQ_ I think you should go and defend the lane to be clear because you get summs+save Jinx at a minimum, but this doesn't look like a free double to me unless all 4 summs are blown.
