@fhjckaka@JayLionell@LAClippersFilm Love one game sample sizes you can see the ast to to ratio above
One guy led a team to a final 4. The other is bones hyland stunt double
@fhjckaka@JayLionell@LAClippersFilm Philon- 1.9:1 compared to Wagler 2.3:1…
Philon might have more assists but it’s due to increased possessions and how Bama played
Give me the 6’6 guard that turns it over less. I’m cool with acuff being higher upside he’s great but don’t see it with philon
@JayLionell@LAClippersFilm Both were close to 2.5 turnovers per game also and look at the style and pace their respective teams played at. Acuff and Philon both had way more possessions per game
@LAClippersFilm@JayLionell Best off dribble shot maker in the draft
Sees the floor
Doesn’t turn it over
Rebounds
Uses pace and angles over burst
Plays off two, always in control
Oh and can hit from the logo
I’d take your bet on him vs these other pgs in this class
@CollegeHoopsTIk He’s 3rd on his own team and it’s a debate.. if you’re building g a team today Sandfort, Mast and maybe Frager.. doesn’t make him any less valuable
@pwME_Sully Also to be clear preseason kenpom ranking is directly correlate to roster building and recruiting.. consistently outperforming that ranking is a metric of high performing teams on the court.. Again he’s not perfect but you’re confusing your personal disdain for raw objectivity
@pwME_Sully You lost all credibility with your illusion of Underwood as “below average” enjoy rooting for a team just to rage tweet when they lose a close game because life served you a few lemons
@pwME_Sully@TheOskeePowWow He’s objectively far from being a below avg coach.. His teams outperform their preseason kenpom rank almost every year. He’s not a perfect coach and I think he makes questionable decisions in game sometimes, but he’s a top 15 coach in the sport
@BoilerMuse The level of dishonesty here is fascinating.. great teams do to good teams what Michigan did to Purdue
Build a lead and hold it.. Closest you ever cut it was 8. Better team won the game in your house.. Nice engagement farming
@realLatifLove@KofiCockburnvic Agree on ball handling although it’s close..Disagree on passing. I think passing is dead even. Wagler is superior at processing in the halfcourt and legitimately never turns it over. I’ll take the 6’7 guy all day
