@BeachDuxbury The crossovers have now been closed for more than 2 months. 24 cars is laughable. Under the old regime it was closed for 6 weeks maximum. Don’t you think you owe permit holders a bit more explanation on when we can reasonably expect to use our $350 window ornaments?
@united flight UA4478 diverted from HHI to Charleston. Now cancelled and being replaced by bus service!? Refund my ticket now! Merry Christmas leaving travelers stranded 2+ hours away from their final destination!
@AmericanAir why was flight 4514 cancelled with last minute? No rationale was provided. Paid for a direct flight and got rebooked on a flight with a layover arriving 4 hours later than scheduled. @AmeriAirSux
@BeachDuxbury Who should I contact if I haven’t received my sticker yet? Bought it 4 weeks ago and still has no arrived. I was told 2 weeks. Thank you.
@AmericanAir so is social distancing just not a thing on your airline? While others leave empty middle seats the AA flight I’m on is at full capacity. Profits over safety should be your new slogan.
@MassGovernor is owned by the DNC. 800k unemployed. Small business owners going bankrupt. May 18 will be May 30 then June 29. Crying Charlie has no plan he is a puppet crippling the economy and US faith in POTUS just like the DNC wants leading up to the presidential election.
@MassGovernor Good luck ever getting re-elected! Decisions based on bad data and worst case predictions. There is no data so support that social distancing has had any impact, especially since many are not complying. The only thing we know for sure is you continue to cripple the economy.
@MassGovernor laughable that you discuss high school children missing prom as a “big issue.” What about the 22+ million Americans on unemployment or small business owners in MA who can’t feed their families? Yeah, prom seems like a real pressing issue.
@MBTA_CR@MassGovernor Thanks for the info. I understand the no refund policy under NORMAL circumstances but we are in UNPRECEDENTED times being forced to WFH by the governor. I hope @MassGovernor has a plan to address this properly as many people paid hundreds of $ for passes that are now worthless!
@MassGovernor@MBTA_CR Can monthly pass holders expect reimbursement? I am non-essential and have been work from home since 3/16 at the advisement of Governor Baker and my employer. I paid $340 for a March zone 6 pass plus $70 for parking.
@MassGovernor@MBTA_CR not to mention my April Zone 6 pass ($340) and parking ($70) was already deducted from my paycheck. As of now we are required to work from home until at least April 7. What is the MBTA and MA doing to reimburse customers who bought passes then told WFH?
