Seeing the world through the eyes of the kids is crucial. Children are unique, with different personality’s and purpose.

Empathy aids your ability to relate to their ambitions and what they like/dislike.

When you understand the child, you get double from the player. 💫

The 2017s/2016s and 2015s/2014s took part in two excellent examples of young children enjoying their football freely, without interference from adults or coaches.

I’m absolutely loving the Thrilling Threes, 3v3s and watching the kids personalities shine more and more each time.
