@HawaiianAir how important or how connected doi have to be to delay an entire flight? currently sitting on HA449 at the gate, 30 min late. all of other pax got here on time. we boarded on time. crew tells us we’re waiting for 1x family… lucky them. #hawaiiantime

@HawaiianAir the agent is the one who told us 15 minutes, and then had to argue with the ramp agent over the radio to even get them to bring up the gate check items (ramp wanted to send it all to baggage claim). no help. :( very disappointed

@HawaiianAir Thanks! The app says something different, and the airplane doesn’t appear to be here in Maui yet. 12-minutes until departure and no announcement made in the terminal. Are we to assume that there will be yet another delay?
