1. Loans dischargeable in bankruptcy (means tested). Those who need out can get out (but few will qualify)

2. No forgiveness otherwise (end bailouts)

3. Fix problem moving forward (no fed loans)

The return on investment (ROI) for college degrees varies drastically.

Some are worth $3M+

Others have negative value (you lose money long-term by going).

Know which track you are on.
