In this video, a man in the #Russian city of Nizhnevartovsk (west Siberia) throws Molotov cocktails into the military enlistment office to avoid drafts to war in Ukraine. This is the 9th such incident in Russia since Feb 24. Could be more, if Putin would declare mobilization.
