My Google account has been compromised and the hacker in question has placed a parental lock on the account so I'm unable to reset the password through my phone so I can't go through the usual troubleshooting steps to secure the account. Can you help?

My account is currently compromised alongside my Gmail. I'm trying to recover the Gmail at present, but the account I've had hacked on discord is still actively being updated and I've concerns the hacker will continue to use it maliciously. Please help.

@discord If this is really the best that the support for such a huge app can do then there's any wonder that so many people fall victim. Someone wants to be proactive and they stonewall you with an AI to wipe their hands of it.

I'm working through a breach of my personal Google account as well as my discord, I know that the hacker is active on the account and will likely attack others and this is the best response I can get from @discord ? An AI telling me 'Sorry but not our problem'?
