@StoneRapid When Icestill Explorer resolves & it doesn't cause an ability to trigger, you will have priority to playing a land which will cause its ability to trigger to mill a card. That's when the opponent gets to do something before you can play a 2nd land.

@CommanderTheory @wizards_magic Looking at the other UB sets, it is about correct. Nothing much you can do if the IP is charging just for the sake of Universe Beyond. Final Fantasy had the same MSRP prices. I don't expect the MSRP prices to change at all unless something goes downhill later down the line.
