It's time for @AndyBeshearKY to root out waste fraud and abuse and stop cutting programs that Kentuckians rely on. The Governor is choosing to cut services he doesn't have to cut in order to manufacture a crisis and attack Republican lawmakers so he can position himself as the hero.

In reality, he's just the boy who cried wolf.

If Beshear spent as much time rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse and as he does bemoaning Republicans, many of the "challenges" facing the executive branch wouldn't exist.

Now that he's manufactured this crisis, let's see how long it takes before @GovAndyBeshear is at another Team Kentucky Update pulling the wool over Kentuckians' eyes and announcing that he suddenly found the funds to save programs like the Lee Clinic and other services.

Just like he did with the senior meals program, this is another desperate attempt by the Governor to boost his standing in Iowa at the expense of Kentuckians who simply want a Governor focused on doing his job.
