Love This! Phill bad decisions put us in this situation. Clearing out the mass hires that is cutting into key productivity was the right move while maintaining studios to see future projections if viable. People are going to hate and say you are firing people and is wrong.

Those are the same idiots who would be declaring bankruptcy if they had they own company. Its insane that there was 14 LAYERS OF MANAGEMENT. Phill most likely made these independent layers to try to streamline and prepare for the Everything is Xbox bull crap. That in itself was self sabotage. I could only imagine what their role assignment was and responsibilities. Definitely not viable to the Xbox core concerns if let go.

Glad to see that those fluffs were cut to maintain a core and increase communication between management. You focusing on the present and aligning realist goals and short term expectations is great and i feel confident in the direction Xbox is moving after this email.

Long term projection as you stated is to cut that loss at the dollar and while navigating the gaming/hardware crisis. I'm interested to see how the studios will improve with more direct supervision, (meaning faster input turnarounds) to achieve what you guys know your fan base is asking for! You proved that with finally bringing back exclusives and making Xbox a staple name for home tittles.

Next year Q1 maybe a plateau in your earnings if lucky. Rising than become neutral with these layoffs and then the price rise of Xbox . Incoming purchases and tittles. This only solves one issue but how you address the hardware demands and what you will charge will ultimately be 1 of the factors. second factors is really our studios. WE NEED BANGERS FOR THESE GAMES. So working with your main studios that is holding a lot of revenue. More likely you are going to keep them delivering while working with your other studios to expand their tittles. For the Helix there are going to need to be games that would world premiere that would have to make gamers buy to see any profit gains, especially if you are selling at a loss for consumers. This goes both ways for games and the new console.

Q2 and Q3 Will be where we need to see at least some positive increase in the chart to see if these changes has had some realist gain. This will go close to the ending of your second year as CEO and see if your direction has made any fruits of labor.

All we can do is wait. But i believe this was a great play and its unfortunate that they must be let go. You aint put us in this position, so people should not try to make you the villain.

Once again you are trying to make it what it’s not. I own the key that gets me access to the game. They can only revoke my account not the disc. Hence why when you are suspended you can’t play online but with disc you can offline.

Stop trying to convince me of a lie when the truth is I’ve literally played my games off line due to having my disc.

Technically I own the license key that’s my point. Digitally you do not. Fully digital does not count as a sale which is disclosed by Sony. I but there user agreement in my video on my channel. Physical is an actual sale of the key.

In my video I also mentioned how I miss back in the day you get the full games like on my P2 so I know the feeling but main point. I OWN THE KEY, IT CANT BE REVOKED.

That's a lie. please don't post inaccurate info. The disc contains a portion of the games data on it. Its not the full game data but a portion. Your system reads that as a physical license purchase and allows you to download the whole. Still sucks but that's how it works. I still own it and can have the game download for the disc.

It would effect that yes. Ford and GM trying to lock down vehicle software and parts, making it that you can’t work on your own car and you legally can be in trouble. This all got released when trump in a n interview outed the companies trying to do this as he called it stupid. Ford and GM did not publicly deny the claims. There was also a person he pardoned out of jail and it was from working on their own truck. That’s how all this info got it.

@R3MMtv others on the same point I made earlier about the experience. If you still think it’s all games then have your friend report you on all your account and try to 1 play your games that are digital ( you can’t)

I haven’t mentioned this too much here, but recently I lost my PlayStation account and all my digital games to a hacker.

But guess what? All my physical games are still sitting comfortably on my shelf.

Your digital games are tied to an account, your physical games aren’t.

@Mustabindawind @Keirabug It’s illegal to tax physical labor but we gotten complicit with it. Taxes was to help with the war effort. They never dropped it after that. WE LITERALLY REVOLTED AGAINST THE BRITISH DUE TO TAXES ON TEA!!!!!
