Wintrading is rank manipulation, not cheating. If they think someone wintraded, punish them for rank manipulation. Calling it hacking and issuing a HWID ban without any evidence of hacks, DMA, or anything on my PC makes no sense. If Riot has proof, they should show it. If not, why is it being treated like a hacking case?
