@RobertDyas Beyond disgraceful experience with Robert Dyas, whom until now always regarding as a decent store.
However they’ve become another (just like b&q) sales site listing items on behalf of
Other companies.
I spent close to £700 on a Sandstone water feature. Cont comments

As if I don’t have enough to worry about regarding my health I’ve now got this £700 revolting lump of sandstone rock sat on my door mat. I was lied to from the very beginning, even if I did keep it I’d have to pay even more to get someone to dig up my newly turfed garden to fit

Thankfully two very very kind men unwrapped the pallet and with a lot of difficulty were able to remove the EXTERNAL SUMP and the 60kg ball of stone still wrapped off crate.
They took great care rolling it on top of a wool blanket all the way down my garden path and into garden

The item arrived on a crate and dumped in middle of street and the driver refused to use his trolley to help us move the stone ball any further into my home or garden.
He rushed me into signing a piece of paper scuttled off when he could clearly see I was disabled

Prior to ordering with Robert Dyas I emailed to confirm the water sump was internal so no digging up (something else I can no longer do due to my declining health).

@LucyTCWife ust terrible! I’ve a stage 4 disease I’m in agony every day. Waited months for scan,waiting for mdt (held every OTHER month) then it will be another referral & months - year waiting to speak with the other specialists needed. All while disease grows & gets worse & more painful

@GBNEWS Wtf?? It’s not like we live in a hot country and can dry clothes outside for work etc. They’ve made gas so expensive that’s hardly an option for many either to dry their clothes. Beyond ridiculous. What alternative does this lunatic suggest??!! Wish I’d never returned to UK

@ModaUK_Ltd wood first cracked within weeks kf receiving, never received w call back nor reply to wny emails. I covered the table all winter & was horrified to see the table sold to me as weatherproof and hardwearing with 7 years warranty was rotten and mouldy! How do i resolve?
