@DVSAgovuk One of my pupil managed to change a rescheduled test tonight(08/03/2021) @ time 21:02 for 20 April and received the confirmation email ?!! Was that an online booking mistake or DVSA is messing up with learners?

@DVSAgovuk One of my pupil's test was rescheduled to 14th April, he just received an email saying his test can't go ahead because government has cleared that driving tests are starting from 22nd April??!!

In line with the government's roadmap announcement, driving & theory tests will resume no earlier than 12 April in England.

We'll provide more information about when driving & riding lessons and other test types can resume as soon as we can, but this hasn't yet been confirmed.

@Coventry_Police It is Government advice that during the lockdown period,driving lessons and trainings should not take place in England.I have contacted DVSA for clarification and The advice I have received is below: "Enforcement of Covid rules is a local Police matter."01

Following the Government announcement on tougher national restrictions from Thursday, driver and rider training and tests will be suspended in England from 5 November until 2 December 2020.

We will be providing further guidance and contacting those affected as soon as we can.
