@AshPizzaWitch Good luck, shit was driving me insane for a month I couldn't do anything without blue screening or hard freezing. Now I can use my computer again thankfully. Hope you manage to fix it too
@AshPizzaWitch Ik you want to avoid it but you should just check what bios updates are available for your motherboard, for example with mine there was an update for the intel chipset which was causing the freezing, I haven't had the issue until recently but updating that patch fixed it for me
@AshPizzaWitch Have u ever blue screened or has it always been just hard freezes forcing you to turn it off on your own ? If memtest didnt show anything then your ram is probably fine, have you done the ddu thing yet and completely uninstalled and freshly installed drivers ?
@AshPizzaWitch True, its very risky and should only be done as a last resort. You'd need a whole new motherboard if something happens. Is your computer so unstable that it freezes when not doing anything ? Like having all your apps closed and just sitting there ? Or is it only when you are act-
@AshPizzaWitch Cuz that ended up being my issue, but I would only do that as a last resort kind of thing, cuz if something goes wrong when updating bios then you would straight up have to buy a new motherboard
@AshPizzaWitch Tho when it froze suddenly like that my computer didn't even register a crash so it made it harder to detect what was going on, see if there's anything in your windows reliability history, also check Windows key+run and type msinfo32 and see what bios version u are running
