@dpd_support Last week I had a parcel sent back to the retailer because DPD had written I’d refused it due to damage (never saw it) and today I can see we have missed delivery but again it’s been put down as refused due to damage. I don’t want this parcel returned to retailer!

@eBay I purchased a bag on eBay which I believe to be fake. I have asked the seller for a refund but they do not want to accept - their argument is they purchased the bag off eBay as well and did not realise it was not genuine. We don’t want to wait for the help on 18th October 1
