You looked into it. Did nothing. Daughter sitting outside the venue with no tix, that I paid for in Nov and you would not get a replacement, forcing me to buy a more expensive replacement. Your guarantee is to give money back? That’s what every store does. Terrible

@StubHub Bought a concert tix in Nov as a gift. Tix never arrived and last update said they were processing @FedEx. Concert today, no tix, no replacement, will refund money but now tix are 3X. Terrible business

I hate doing this: Lax club did a fundraiser w/ @VerticalRaise. Team made over $5K. The check was written to the team, but club pres puts in his account. New team, no bank account.Flagged for fraud. @BankofAmerica has the money. No one will give it to team. WTD?
