💬: how did you feel when you first worked together, from someone who already knew each other?
🦋: it feels strange. What I mean is from one kind of relationship to another. How do I put it? It’s like…I can’t really explain it…
🧸: from being like a phi and nong to being a deeper/intimate phi nong, okay? From being used to just seeing each other and going ‘hello, hello’ chatting and talking. Now we work together much more closely, even closer than ever, on a really deep level.
🦋: I think I know why it’s strange. I’m actually a really guarded person with others in my life. There are only a handful of people in my life who truly know what I’m like. And then suddenly there’s this one here who I’ve known for seven or eight years who somehow knows like…honestly, she might even know more than my closest friends. She knows that I need caffeine first thing in the morning. Even my best friends might not know that, but she does, like she knows ‘p’lena has to be like this’ it’s like she knows my life schedule already.
💬: so does that mean you’ve opened up to her now?
🦋: oh! Gotta open it up, I did that from day one!

💬: now that you’ve reunited in ‘pls love’, how do you both feel you’ve evolved as actresses?
🧸: it’s been a massive leap forward, being like a kangaroo. ‘My Safe Zone’ the series was a pretty gentle, cute, youthful kind of story. The backstory, the intensity, in this one are on a completely different level. You really can’t compare the two.
🦋: I’d say this is a role that really pushed me to open my mind to a lot of things. I’ve played characters that took me out of my comfort zone before. But what makes this role difficult is that I have to be the one driving things to bring out different reactions from her (Parn). But despite that challenge, I’ve had so much fun. I can honestly say this is the most fun I’ve ever had with a role in my life.

🦋: genuinely, I’m telling you, it’s so much fun. Enjoyed every moment. I love my job, I love my job, I love my job 😂

🦋: She’s always there with me. When we have an event, a nurse call just before I walked out the door to go to the event, telling me that my dad had collapsed and needed to be taken to the emergency room. All I could do was smile and finish everything I had to do.
👤: Nobody on stage knew?
🧸: Nobody knew. I was the only one.
🦋: Miu was the only one who knew.
🧸: So whenever I knew something urgent was happening, I’d try my best to make sure everything in front of her went as smoothly as possible.
🦋: She helps keep me together.

Having to put on a smile and give your best on stage while carrying such heartbreaking news must have been so hard. So glad Lena had Miu by her side through it all. 🫂🥹🥹

Pan wasn't just asking Pheem to be gentle with her body. I think she was also asking Pheem to be gentle with her heart.

Think about everything Pan has experienced up to this point. She's spent so much of her life protecting herself, her dignity, and her sense of worth. Even when she's willing to sacrifice for others, she rarely allows herself to be completely vulnerable. But with Pheem, she does.

When Pan asks her to be gentle, she's placing an enormous amount of trust in someone who has already hurt her. She's allowing Pheem close to her again, despite knowing how much pain that closeness could bring.

This is what makes the moment so powerful. Being physically vulnerable with someone is one thing. Trusting them with your heart after they've already broken it is something entirely different.

And knowing Pheem transferred that 1 million afterward makes the request even more heartbreaking.
