If you constantly think nothing will get better, my life’s a joke, this day sucks, etc. then that is exactly what you’re going to get. You can’t live a positive life with a negative mind
@schent5 To add on, hosting isn’t a bad idea if you want to be able to see everyone together at the same time. It can be a little stressful, but everyone is usually hands on with helping out. In the end, people gotta be understanding about sharing holidays with your new family.
@schent5 Figure out what times each side of the fam is doing things at. Decide if you want to split the day between the families and when you’ll go. Some people do one holiday with one fam and the others with the other fam. It just depends what works best for the two of you.
@schent5 I feel this! We have the same since my parents are divorced and one lives in Michigan. For Thanksgiving, we’ve split the day between his parents and mine then last year we hosted it at our house. Christmas Eve we do with my parents and day we do with his.
You are not lazy.
You are drained from years of giving your energy away to everyone but yourself. Water yourself. Nurture yourself. Watch how beautifully you grow.
so all the fuckin sociopaths who got dogs during the pandemic just to use them as an emotional escape are now getting rid of them. Pound n shelter numbers have doubled since everything’s been opening up. People are real fucking weirdos man. Does no one have feelings anymore.
Here are pictures of missing Buffalo State sophomore Saniyya Dennis. Her mom sent us these photos hoping you will take a look at them. Have you seen her? If so, call 716-878-6333. Police say she's been missing since Saturday night. So far, there is no evidence of foul play. @WGRZ
I’ve literally seen over 8 posts of people I know being pregnant, and I am so happy for each one of them on their new chapter in life, but this shit is pressuring when I still feel very far away from starting that next chapter
I wish people understood that I really am trying. I’m trying to adapt to these hours, adapting to doing every day with less than 5 hrs of sleep, taking care of my home & animals & still see friends and family & have me time. I’m trying so damn hard.
It’s now been 2 days he’s been missing. We need leads we don’t know what area he’s in please don’t hesitate to message/call even if you see him somewhere. He hasn’t been spotted since 6am yesterday morning on Electric Avenue in Lackawanna. We just want to bring him home.
Connecting with your soulmate is so beautifully refreshing, yet nerve wrecking at the same time when you know that one day one of you will have to live without the other.
2016 we found each other, moved in together shortly after, became responsible for the house we call home, have 3 beautiful fur babies, and continuous memories in the making that never fail to amaze me. 2020, we successfully hosted our 1st Thanksgiving. Thank you, universe💞🥂💫
