@AshleyHomeStore Kim asked me to DM her last night, I did, it shows its been read but no one has acknowledge or responded. Why?

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@YvonneCBC Defective products and no customer service, plus no head office to help above store level, that's Ashley Furniture

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada business seats available to which you'd charge us $1300 each for 6 family members. Easy to see your bottom line is top priority.

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada my family home is 27+ hours from now. We don't have that kind of time. there's earlier flight options but only business seats 1/3

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada Flew to Fl and flying home same day because of a life threatening (health) family emergency back in YHZ. Earliest you can get 1/3

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada With no help from you guys, I took my own measures and have rebooked with @WestJet, who can have me back today, not Thursday!

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada rebook time of 3 days later, online rebook tool wasnt working, and a 2 hour wait to speak with an agent in person. Ridiculous

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@AirCanada hung up on twice by your agents trying to rebook a YUL to YHZ canceled flight. horrible service, horendous rebook times of 1/2

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@DeltaAssist I've sent a complaint via your website but as of now I won't be considering delta for my future trips, seems to be common 4 you

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@DeltaAssist would of gotten us to our destination sooner. There was no compensation and the least helpful agents I've dealt with.

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@DeltaAssist they rebooked us on an itinerary that took 9 hours instead of 4 even though I had found itineraries on other airlines that 1/2

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@DeltaAssist Canceled our flight because of no pilot (wtf?). Worst travel experience/customer service I've ever received. #disaster

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@kentabutler Thanks! Hopefully I'll be able to find some real audiences for my students to foster their creativity and inner writer. #ed473

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@NicoleG_BEd [email protected] thanks!

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@NicoleG_BEd could you by any chance send me an invite to the google doc so we can have everything ready for tomorrow? Thanks! #ed473

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@kentabutler I can definitely see a difference in the students writing on their blogs. Do you think this would work for elem? #ed473

[Laura Murray @LA0791]

@juliacookonline just wanted you to know how invaluable your books are to students and teachers, they can change a child. Thank you! #ed473
