A wild ride in the Griffith Park Zone 🚵🏽‍♀️ 🐅 The latest and greatest on the LA28 venue plan is here, including the announcement of the LA Zoo serving as the start and finish location for all Para Cycling Road events: Road Race, Time Trial and Mixed Team Relay.

The official course routes will be unveiled later this year.

The road to history 🏟️ The finish line of the first-ever Paralympic Marathon in Los Angeles will be located in front of the historic LA Memorial Coliseum. The monumental and instantly recognizable facade offers an epic stage for this monumental moment.

As previously announced, the Paralympic marathoners will start their 26.2-mile journey through Los Angeles at the Venice Beach Boardwalk. The official course route will be unveiled later this year.

Beginning at the LA Zoo and ending at the Griffith Observatory, these iconic venues will bookend a speedy race throughout the stunning grounds of Griffith Park—one of the United States' largest municipal parks with urban wilderness areas.

Seeing stars and sights 👀🔭💫 As part of the latest LA28 venue plan updates, we're amped to announce that the Olympic Road Race courses of Cycling Road will finish at the iconic Griffith Observatory. This LA landmark is nestled on one of the peaks of Griffith Park, offering stunning views of the city skyline and a truly star-studded finish line.
