KPMG I believe wrote a report about how the current system can be a disincentive for women.

@AmyThunig My 4yo tonight crawled into my lap at bedtime, pretended to be a baby and then let one rip that I swear he'd been holding on to ALL DAY. I honestly nearly choked - my partner was a good metre away and even he rocked back on his heels. It's... Love? 😩😂
