After today’s closing by the Commonwealth, I think they’re going to convict her. They made a very reasonable, logical and common sense argument to what happened. I’ve always believed that she did it and she was in her right mind. But the State hammered it home today and it was sobering. Guilty.
Did you watch the closing today? Same courtroom? There is not an attorney anywhere online on TV. That thinks Redington did a good job. They all think he flopped at the Commonwealth had a very strong closing. If she’s convicted, which I pray to God she is, I think it was the closing that would do it.
@JusticeServedTV The removal request came from Coakley. She didn't want her in the court room for Kelsey's testimony in case she had to be recalled. Nothing nefarious.
@fooserchic79 I think the note came from the defense. I heard it was b/c they didn't know if she would be recalled so she shouldn't be in to listen to her daughter's testimony.
@CalabroneDogs@_NoseyRen One is his brother and the others are fellow @NorthAndoverFD fire fighters. I'm sure all are still gainfully employed although this has been known since August 26, 2025.
Her father changed the locks. That's why he's standing outside the door for some time before breaking it down. He was probably trying his key to no avail.
He had already moved out and used his parent's address as his residence on the restraining order.
The home was owned by Kelsey alone. But when she sold the house to cover her legal costs the dirtbag sued her for the proceeds for future child support.
