ADR 2021, 1.6.1.44 states that “Undertakings which participate in the carriage of dangerous goods only as consignors and which did not have to appoint a safety adviser……shall..…appoint a safety adviser no later than 31st December”.

IATA and ICAO have released addenda to their 2021 Dangerous Goods Regulations. The UN released a Corrigendum to its UNADR Dangerous Goods Regulations in December 2020. All are effective from the 1st January 2021.
