@_I__DOOM__I_@32DreaMe@JOKAQARMY1 actualy the truth is way funnier. Erik the Red was banished to the land that is now Greenlad, and he wanted to attract more people to it so he named it Greenland. while Hrafna-Flóki had a bad time in what is now Iceland, wanted to curse it, saw Ice in a fjord and named it Iceland
@IRaieiin@32DreaMe@JOKAQARMY1 Erik the Red was banished to what is now called Greenland, and he decided to name it Greenland to attract people to live there. It was Icy yes, but very livable and fertile.
@Tayraree@32DreaMe@JOKAQARMY1 there is a realy funny answer to both. Greenland was named by Erik the Red to attract people to the fertile yet icy land he was exiled to. He didn't wanna be alone. While Hrafna-Flóki named iceland because they were petty lol
@32DreaMe@JOKAQARMY1 This, this is a good question and there is a realy funny answer to both. Greenland was named by Erik the Red to attract people to the fertile yet icy land he was exiled to. He didn't wanna be alone. While Hrafna-Flóki named iceland because they were petty lol
@32DreaMe@JOKAQARMY1 The pettiness came from having a bad experience and wanted to curse what is now Iceland, he saw some ice in a fjord, and named it Iceland.
@RaviSAPLegal@FrankGrimes_Jr@JOKAQARMY1 No one is hiding this information, Scientists like @neiltyson@BillNye and many other famous and charismatic scientists have been talking openly about space, it's makeup, how the vacuum works etc for decades. The real problem is people have been conditioned to not want to learn.
@raygunn87@cxcx0fficial@SDeansly@FrankGrimes_Jr@JOKAQARMY1 That would depend on if the radiation traveled through any gas clouds in space. Gas clouds would absorb a portion of the radiation as it travels but alow the rest to pass through.
