- In good faith, NARD suspended the strike, heeding the pleas of government and the appeals of the Nigerian public. However, it is evident that implementation remains stalled at the level of the *FMOH & SW.*
- Nigerians are watching closely, and continued delay is eroding public trust.
- We therefore urge the *FGN* and the *FMOH & SW* to act immediately and ensure full implementation of the MoU before the NEC meeting on Friday *(02-01-26)* , where a final decision will be taken.
*The NARD NOC is guided strictly by NEC resolutions.*
