Venus and Serena Williams were who started it and one other whose name escapes me. My husband, is deceased now, but oh how he hated when I watched them.. and others. I had to mute TV.

All my life I have hated EST.
When I was working I went to work in the dark and came home in the dark.
My kids , doing after school activities, had to come home in the dark.
Ridiculous!
