the worst part is that it's impossible to get assistance. No easy @Macys customer service contact options. Had to google their customer service #, over 2 hours wait and NO chat or email options... let's go Macy's get with the times. Sticking to @Nordstrom

@ShannonOlga99 @CA_EDD it's pretty ridiculous. I sat through it. 3 hours of constant refreshing and reloading and finally was able to submit. Make sure you "save as draft" in order to not loose info after every refresh. I agree there has to be a better way @CA_EDD

As a self employed individual been waiting weeks to apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) Program through @CA_EDD . Today is the day they finally open the program up, and the website is DOWN. WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED.
