One of our players @damionjbrown1982fb has created a mental health initiative called I'm (not) Fine.

The idea is to make that first time you ask for support quicker and easier, but also to make it easier to ask your friends and family how they are really feeling.

1st, we travel to Kinloss Garth to play against the coaches of @KingswoodUnited BBQ, Beers with the FA Cup Final after.

The coaches at Kingswood have offered to donate to 1 of the mental health charities we support. We will stay local with @MindHEY

The game will be played in memory of Romeo Nguase. Romeo played his one and only game for Lads against the Yorkies. April marked the one year anniversary since his passing.
