Something has to be done. Bought my home 6 months ago and my home value went up almost 70%? Hated fighting and appealing it but I got it adjusted properly for now. Next year, I'm going to have to fight them again. Why? The assessors dont know what they are doing at all. They base the estimation of value on their opinion and what they think the market might do. They are abusing their jobs because there isn't any one to check them. They run rogue out here.
