BREAKING: Republicans hit a new low as the washed up star of the "Dukes of Hazard" TV show calls for President Joe Biden and his son Hunter to be "publicly hung" for their imagined crimes.

The post has since been deleted, but the internet never forgets...

John Schneider, the deranged conservative in question, played Bo Duke on the aforementioned TV series and is a country music recording "artist" of very little talent.

Schneider was in headlines recently as a competitor on the popular "The Masked Singer." He finished in second lace and then hours later made his horrific post on Twitter.

Responding to a message in which President Biden correctly identified Trump as a threat to democracy, Schneider made his call for execution—

"Mr. President, I believe you are guilty of treason and should be publicly hung Your son too. Your response is..? Sincerely, John Schneider."

Like every other conservative who trots out this rubbish, Schneider failed to explain what crimes Biden allegedly committed. They rely on vague, conspiracy theory-tinged remarks because they have nothing.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is dealt a crushing blow as the New York Court of Appeals denies his desperate request to halt Judge Arthur Engoran's summary judgement that he committed "pervasive, widespread fraud in financial statements."

This is a huge win for New York Attorney General Letitia James....

Trump was hoping to to stay Engoron's preliminary ruling in the massive $250 million civil fraud lawsuit brought against him by the state of New York.

According to MSNBC legal report Lisa Rubin, the ruling "means practically" that the independent financial monitor is owed a "bunch of information and advanced notice about their ownership structure and future activity," which is absolutely terrible news for the struggling Trump Organization.

Now there can be no argument. Donald Trump committed fraud and — as Engoron stated so succinctly — it was this fraud that enabled the "real estate empire" that "catapulted him to fame and the White House."

Judge John Hannah’s ruling denies Lake's desperate request to gain access to a treasure trove of envelopes connected to the 2022 gubernatorial race that she overwhelmingly lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs.

Lake refuses to accept her loss despite being unable to produce even a scrap of evidence to prove her conspiratorial claims that she actually won.

Judge Hannah correctly stated that handing the ballot envelopes over would undermine the ballot verification process for future elections. Given Lake's demonstrated disinterest — and in fact aversion — to the truth, Hannah made the correct decision.

"The broad right of electoral participation outweighs the narrow interests of those who would continue to pick at the machinery of democracy," wrote Hannah.

Hannah also stated that it would create the "real possibility of voter harassment" and "risk of widespread fraud where none exists at present" since the envelopes contain personal information.

BREAKING: Indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump demands that New York judge Arthur Engoron dismiss New York’s $250 million fraud case against him and his family business — and immediately gets a BRUTAL response from Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump told Judge Engoron that the case should be completely dismissed outright because Engoron and his law clerk are “biased” toward him, declaring, “In this case the evidence of apparent and actual bias is tangible and overwhelming. Such evidence, coupled with an unprecedented departure from standard judicial procedure, has tainted these proceedings and a mistrial is warranted.”

Unfortunately for Trump, New York Attorney General Letitia James didn’t mince words with a quick response to Trump’s shameless demand, telling the judge, “Once again, Donald Trump is trying to dismiss the truth and the facts, but the numbers and evidence don’t lie. Donald Trump is now being held accountable for the years of fraud he committed and the incredible ways he lied to enrich himself and his family. He can keep trying to distract from his fraud, but the truth always comes out.”

To make matters even worse for Donald Trump, Judge Engoron ALREADY signaled that he will deny his motion to dismiss the case — and announced today that he will make his final decision on the matter shortly.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court announces that it will adopt a code of ethics for the first time in history, a move that comes after Democrats relentlessly slammed Republican justices for their blatant corruption.

But that's not the whole story...

Some critics are already alleging that the ethics policy is nothing but a cynical PR stunt to fix the court's destroyed reputation. We already know that Republicans like Clarence Thomas have essentially been taking bribes from powerful figures for years. The idea that they will suddenly start behaving ethically due to some nonbinding code is laughable.

The justices claimed in a statement that they have long adhered to ethical standards. Sure they have.

"The absence of a Code, however, has led in recent years to the misunderstanding that the Justices of this Court, unlike all other jurists in this country, regard themselves as unrestricted by any ethics rules," wrote the justices. "To dispel this misunderstanding, we are issuing this Code, which largely represents a codification of principles that we have long regarded as governing our conduct.”

There is, of course, no "misunderstanding" here. The Republicans got caught engaging in bribery and corruption and now they want to rewrite history.

While this new ethics code is certainly a welcome development it's not nearly enough. Clarence Thomas must resign.

BREAKING: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is hit with MORE devastating election news as the pro-Trump hate group Moms for Liberty loses EVERY SINGLE election in five of the six states where it ran its candidates.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith's team brings down the hammer on Donald Trump and his shady lawyers for trying to get his election subversion trial dismissed as "meritless."

The prosecutors went fully gloves off this time...

"The defendant stands alone in American history for his alleged crimes," they wrote in their rebuttal filing. "No other president has engaged in conspiracy and obstruction to overturn valid election results and illegitimately retain power."

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more devastating news as former Trump State Department appointee Federico Klein is sentenced to a whopping 70 months in federal prison, a significant development in the aftermath of the Capitol attack.

But it gets even worse for Donald Trump…

Klein was convicted on 8 felony counts, including assaulting Capitol police officers, violent entry, disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and obstruction of Congress.

What makes this case even more alarming is the evidence presented during Klein's trial. Messages he sent before storming the US Capitol reveal his sinister intent. In one message, he declared, "Hell yea I'm going [to the January 6 rally. I'm a Trump appointee." This sheds light on his motivation, as the Department of Justice argued that he was likely driven by a personal benefit, specifically his continued employment as a political appointee within the Trump Administration.

Klein's involvement on January 6 went far beyond passive participation. Prosecutors noted that he played a direct role in the violence, wedging a police riot shield in between Capitol doors, effectively aiding the rioters in breaching the building. Additional court documents detailed how he "violently shoved the shield into an officer's body in an attempt to breach the police line," contributing to the chaos and endangering the lives of law enforcement officers.

Klein's arrest came after the FBI received valuable tips from members of the public who identified him from photos of insurrectionists released by the bureau. Even his mother, Cecilia Klein, was unaware of her son's arrest until she was contacted by Politico for comment, highlighting the secretive nature of his involvement.

Before his role as a special assistant in the State Department's Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in 2017, Klein worked on Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. This history underscores the connections between the Trump campaign and those who later participated in the events of January 6.

That’s right. Trump Junior just admitted in open court that he “signed dozens” of fraudulent documents, under his dad’s direction. This is devastating for Trump Junior and Donald Trump because this new admission contradicts Trump Junior’s earlier claim under oath that he had no knowledge of the fraudulent property valuations that the Trump Organization used to illegally fool banks and lenders.

If Trump Junior thinks that this is a winning strategy, he is in for a BIG surprise from Judge Engoron, who already found the Trump Organization guilty of fraud — and is now trying to come up with an appropriate monetary punishment, which, at this rate, may end up being over $250 million dollars.

JUST IN: In an unexpected development, Donald Trump, a 2024 Republican presidential contender currently under indictment, suffered an unanticipated embarrassment when his lead attorney gave a dismal courtroom performance. In an appeal to the judge, the attorney inadvertently exposed Trump's history of recurrent criminal engagements. Due to the substantial volume of ongoing criminal proceedings against Trump, his attorney sought approval for Trump to partake in the upcoming court session remotely, recognizing the impracticality of personally attending them all.

Christopher Kise, the counsel for President Trump, apprised the judge that he would be unavailable for the November 1st hearing due to an active trial in the New York State Supreme Court. Given this clash, Kise courteously sought approval to engage in the November 1, 2023, hearing telephonically.

Proceeding with his case, Trump's attorney voiced his irritation, noting that the opposition's determination to conduct back-to-back extensive trials in disparate jurisdictions with entirely distinct facts, against the defendant's protests, disclosed a core reality about these cases.

The blunder by Trump's attorney is comical. Rather than depicting Trump as a casualty of a scheme to thwart his 2024 return, it unwittingly paints Trump as a busy offender with numerous ongoing cases. These endless criminal trials merely unveil the reality that Trump is a perpetual criminal now facing the repercussions of his actions.

BREAKING: Donald Trump has a middle of the night meltdown over his failing 2024 campaign and desperately lashes out at President Biden over his multiplying indictments.

Apparently unable to sleep, Trump took to Truth Social late last night and demanded to know why "Crooked Joe Biden" didn't have the Department of Justice files its lawsuit and indictments against him "3 years ago, instead of right in the middle" of his presidential campaign.

The answer is both obvious and twofold. Firstly, Joe Biden did not have his Justice Department do anything. He is not pulling the strings behind the scenes. Investigators looked into the facts because that's their job and the facts show that Donald Trump repeatedly broke the law.

Secondly, it takes time to carry out a proper investigation. The reason the Justice Department didn't immediately indict Trump for his crimes is because they needed time to gather investigate and question witnesses. It's that simple. The timing with the election is purely coincidental.

Trump wasn't done with that little opening barrage of complaints though, and he went on to implicitly threaten to weaponize the Justice Department against Biden if he wins in 2024—

"You’re setting a BAD precedent for yourself, Joe. The same can happen to you," wrote Trump. "These Third World Biden Indictments, which should never have been filed, would have been tried and over with years ago. My SleazeBag Opponent shouldn’t be able to do this during my campaign, OR BEFORE THE ELECTION!"

These are not the words of a man who is confident in his future. These are the words of a man who feels helpless to stop all of the mountains of evidence arrayed against him.

Trump can rant on Truth Social all he wants. In the end, it won't save him.

BREAKING: President Biden scores a huge victory as a stunning new report reveals that clean energy jobs grew in every single state last year — including a whopping 19% in the American coal mining heart of West Virginia.

But it gets even better...

According to the analysis, the U.S. added 21,000 power generation and supply jobs between January 2021 and March 2023. The vast majority of this job growth occurred after August 2022 — right after President Biden signed the historic Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS and Science Act into law.

The number includes 8,000 solar power generation jobs, 2,000 wind power jobs, and 1,000 hydroelectric power jobs. Overall, employment in power generation grew by 7% — a rate of increase that seemed unthinkable during the pro-fossil fuel Trump years.

Crucially, this analysis proves definitively that President Biden's promise to America that creating a truly green economy will offset any jobs lost as the fossil fuel industry winds down.

As climate change worsens, green energy is becoming more important than ever. Republicans refuse to even admit that climate change is real. If they take back the White House, all of our lives will be in jeopardy.

BREAKING: Donald Trump angrily lashes out at Republican Senator Mitt Romney after Romney reveals in his new biography that Donald Trump planned to dump Melania.

It all started when Romney revealed that he once attended a football game with Trump. Romney says that during the game, Trump pointed at Melania, who he was dating at the time, and told his son, “Have you seen my girlfriend, Melania? When I drop her, the phone is gonna ring off the hook. Every guy in New York wants to go out with her.”

Romney also revealed that he was once visited Mar-a-Lago, where witnessed a “surreal scene" at Mar-a-Lago as Donald behaved Trump behaved like a “cartoon character” who walked around “like an English lord" and had workers “line up” to greet him in order to inflate his own ego.

Donald Trump immediately lashed out at Romney over the revelations, angrily projecting and declaring that Romney “is a loser who is ‘retiring’ because he knows he doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of surviving another campaign” and “should stop lying and creating fake stories.”

Judging by his furious response, it’s clear that Romney’s revelations got under Trump’s fickle skin — and are likely true.

BREAKING: Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan drops bombshell on indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, slaps him with a devastating gag order and publicly blasts him in open court.

According to CNN, Judge Chutkan declared today, “Mr. Trump is a criminal defendant. He is facing four felony charges. He is under the supervision of the criminal justice system and he must follow his conditions of release. He does not have the right to say and do exactly what he pleases.

Then he asked Trump’s attorney, “Do you agree with that?”

Trump’s lawyer responded, “100%.”

Then Chutkan declared, “When you start to use a word like ‘thug’ to describe Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is doing his job, that wouldn’t be allowed by any other criminal defendant. Just because the defendant is running a political campaign does not allow him to do whatever he wants. If the message Mr. Trump wants to express is ‘my prosecution is politically motivated,’” he can do so without using “highly charged language.”

Judge Chutkan didn’t stop there, declaring that Trump’s “troubling” posts may incite harm and violence against Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team.

Judge Chutkan specifically pointed to a Truth Social post in which the former president referred to Jack Smith as a “thug,” asking Trump’s attorney, “In what kind of case do you think it would be appropriate for a criminal defendant to call the prosecutor a thug and stay on the streets?”

At this point, Trump’s attorney told Judge Chutkan that Trump has no choice but to attack Jack Smith because gems fighting “oppression” and “totalitarianism,” but Judge Chutkan didn’t let him get away with it, cutting off Trump’s lawyer, and telling him to “tone down” his hysterical language.

Trump’s attorney responded that Trump didn’t need anymore restrictions because the prior restrictions were “working, but Judge Chutkan literally laughed in his face and him that he better “keep politics out” of her “courtroom.”

To make matters even worse for Trump, Judge Chutkan ended today’s hearing by letting Trump know that that the trial date set for early March won’t change: “This trial will not yield to the election cycle, and we will not revisit the trial date.”

BREAKING: Donald Trump has a nuclear meltdown after Judge Tanya Chutkan slaps him with a binding gag order that limits what he can say about Special Counsel Jack Smith's prosecution.

The funniest part? Trump's complaint doesn't mention Jack Smith by name — since he's now explicitly banned from doing that.

This is just too perfect.

In the whiny officially released statement attributed to his spokesperson, Trump decried by proxy "today's decision" without stating what decision he was referring to.

The disgraced former president said that this "decision" is an "absolute abomination" that constitutes "another partisan knife stuck in the heart of our Democracy by Crooked Joe Biden."

It should be noted that Biden had nothing to do with today's decision just like he has nothing to do with any of the other indictments and prosecutions facing Trump. The disgraced ex-president is simply reaping what he sowed after a lifetime of criminal behavior.

Trump's claim that Biden was "granted the right to muzzle his political opponent" is hogwash. The simple fact is that Trump was breaking the law and endangering innocent people with his constant Truth Social rants. Nobody has a right to threaten and intimidate members of the court and prosecution team.

Hilariously, in the statement Trump claimed to be the "most popular political leader in America."

BREAKING: Anti-MAGA Republican Liz Cheney brutally torches Congressman Jim Jordan as he struggles to get enough votes to become the new Speaker — and says choosing him will be disastrous.

This is going to absolutely infuriate "Gym."

Cheney predicted that Republicans will lose control of the House next election if they pick Jordan to lead them.

"If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they will be abandoning the Constitution. They’ll lose the House majority and they’ll deserve to," tweeted Cheney.

She went on to draw attention to the close relationship Jordan has with disgraced insurrectionist Donald Trump, and slammed him for working to overturn the 2020 election.

"Jim Jordan was involved in Trump’s conspiracy to steal the election and seize power," she added. "He urged that Pence refuse to count lawful electoral votes."

In a speech last week, Cheney ripped into Jordan, saying that if he wins the Speakership there will "no longer be any possible way to argue that a group of elected Republicans could defend against the Constitution."

"Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for Jan. 6 than any other member of the House of Representatives," she said in the speech last week. "Jim Jordan was involved, was part of the conspiracy in which Donald Trump was engaged as he attempted to overturn the election."

Cheney is right. Jim Jordan belongs in prison, not wielding the Speaker's gavel.

BREAKING: Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis brings down the hammer on MAGA creep "Gym" Jordan after he attempts to abuse his power to interfere with her investigation into Donald Trump.

Her response to his demand for inside information on the the case is PERFECT. In her letter responding to his aggressive attempts to disrupt her investigation, Willis wrote—

"A charitable explanation of your correspondence is that you are ignorant of the United States and Georgia Constitutions and codes."

"A more troubling explanation is that you are abusing your authority as Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary to attempt to obstruct and interfere with a Georgia criminal prosecution," she went on.

"To the extent you have specific questions about the Department of Justice’s communications, we refer you to the Department of Justice," Willis added.

This, of course, is exactly what Jordan is doing. He wants to exploit his Congressional power to help out the MAGA cult leader and score points with Trump supporters.

Specifically, Jordan has been fishing for copies of any and all communications between the District Attorney's office and federal agencies like the Department of Justice — presumably so that he can tip off Trump's team.

Willis's response is pitch perfect. Jim Jordan is a partisan hack acting in bad faith and must be treated as such.
