Hey @duolingo! I can’t seem to open the app! I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, even switching off the phone and back on again. I’m having to use the phone browser for now which is quite annoying.
Any ideas what’s wrong?

Hey @duolingo! Can you explain how you calculate the Time Learning section of the Progress Report email please? My boyfriends son (user Harcha12) spent well over 7 hours on the app this week but his report shows only 2hrs 54mins learning.

@KurvyBeauty @duolingo Sadly not - there doesn’t seem to be a way. Duo has kindly gifted gems to our child account in the past, but I don’t want to keep asking/expecting them to do that - I’m happy to pay for them but it doesn’t seem possible.

Hey @duolingo! Can you let me know why the kids account has a higher monthly challenge amount to the grown ups one? It makes it tricky to have inter-family competitions!
