@virginmedia Yes, it’s a new build and the cable was present on completion. As I don’t have a virgin contract nor ever intend to I don’t see why the cable can’t be removed and why I’ve been informed that if I want it gone than I need to pay for it.

@virginmedia I am disgusted with my interaction with your customer services team. I’m surprised your complaints services is not more readily accessible given how poorly you treat your customers. Can you help resolve?

@virginmedia Nor despite my request for their name to detail in my complaint did they communicate that. I have cabling that needs removing from the front of my house - I’ve never had a contract and this shouldn’t be on my property

@virginmedia I’d like to give you specifics of the individual however I’m unable as despite numerous requests to be put through to their manager to escalate my query as they didn’t either understand or could be bothered to listen in the first instance they promptly ended the call - shocking
