This is what happened when Ontario barred unvaccinated individuals from restaurants and bars.

We don't need politically-motivated modeling and hypotheticals drawn up by nit-wit academics and attention-starved twitter docs. We lived the experiment and it failed spectacularly.

@starstuff13 @BonnyHadweh @davemccr One cannot diagnose on Twitter. Based on the OP saying pt was vaccinated AND hospital covid test was negative, he should definitely explore vaccine as a potential cause.

Lots of things can cause myocarditis - might be neither of those things.

Wondering to what degree pts are at increased risk post-vax, if they have had other episodes of viral induced myocarditis.

I’m not denying that Covid can cause myocarditis - I was just suggesting an alternate explanation to the OP (who has now blocked me... Guess he didn’t want a DDx given the negative covid swab) 🤷‍♀️

Indeed, we know that myocarditis can occur after both viruses and and the mRNA vaccines.
