Andrew Huberman got honest about God.

At 50, the neuroscientist who spent years pushing down the voice saying “I think there’s a God… I should pray” finally stopped fighting it.

He opened up to faith and prayer, and for the first time in his life, he says he’s experiencing deep, sustained peace. Everything feels easier. Everything is as it should be.

There���s real humility in admitting science doesn’t have all the answers. Faith in God often steps in exactly where our need for control ends, and that surrender seems to bring a kind of peace no protocol or data set can deliver.

“Hear the sound of abundance of rain! For the season of drought is breaking over your life. The heavens, which have seemed as brass over your prayers, are now bending low to hear the sound of your decree.

For the one who has felt the spell of delay, who has seen promise after promise tarry, I say the ‘set time’ has come. I am breaking the witchcraft of postponement. The spirits that have said ‘wait’ and ‘not yet’ are being silenced by my command. What has been held in the heavens is now being released to earth. Prepare your hands to receive. Prepare your barns for the sudden harvest.

For the one entangled in family bewitchment, where cycles of folly and lack repeat, I am sending the fire of My presence into your bloodline. I am cutting the cords of foolish agreements. The mantle of shame is rolling off your family name. You are not the child of a curse; you are the head of a new lineage. From you shall flow wisdom, prosperity, and divine favor. You are the covenant breaker, the generational reformer. Where you stand, I am establishing a new altar.

For the one under the spell of fear and intimidation, whose Goliath has roared for 40 days and more, I am releasing the spirit of David. You will not just hide in the camp; you will run toward the battle. For I have placed in your hand a smooth stone of testimony, and with one declaration of My name, the giant will fall. The fear that paralyzed a multitude will become the platform for your fame. You will take the head of your enemy and plunder his camp.

I am decreeing over your health, over your blood: "Be cleansed!" Where the doctor's report has written a sentence, I am writing a miracle. Where medicine has managed symptoms, I am erasing the root. I am the Lord who heals you. Leukemia, HIV, diabetes, autoimmune disease must bow to my name! You are not subject to the covenant of sickness. Your body is the temple of My Spirit. I am flushing out every foreign agent, every unclean spirit of infirmity. Receive the transfusion of My life!

To the one who has heard the command, ‘Come down from your hill...’ the voice of the king saying your marriage is over, your business is finished, your ministry is too high; I say YOU WILL NOT COME DOWN! Your elevation is not by man’s ladder, so man cannot pull you off. I placed you there, and I will sustain you there. The wind that blows is to solidify your roots, not to uproot you. Let the captains come with their threats; they are only coming to be consumed by the fire of your testimony.

I am dispatching angels to your side. The Angel of the Lord who camped around Elijah is forming a perimeter around your life, your home, your journey. They are restoring your dignity. They are turning the mockery of the enemy into a memorial of your victory.

This is your hour of reclaimed authority. Open your mouth and answer the intimidation! Your tongue is the pen of a ready writer, drafting the narrative of your days. Do not be silent. Decree a thing, and it shall be established. Confess with your mouth the victory I have placed in your heart.

The spell is broken. The bewitchment is nullified. The chain is shattered.

You are stepping out of the fog of confusion into the clarity of your purpose. You are leaving the council of the foolish and taking your seat in the chambers of the wise. Funds you did not labor for will find you. Doors you did not knock on will swing open. Favor will meet you like a morning tide.

You are coming UP, not down. You are going IN, not out. You are moving FORWARD, not backward.

Lift your head. The stone of your hardship has been rolled away. The grave clothes of your past season are being unwound. Step into the light of this new day. It is your day of visitation.”

I heard the Spirit of the Lord say, “I am shifting the plates beneath your feet. A tectonic movement in the Spirit has begun; not to bring destruction but to realign the foundations of nations. Where the enemy has built upon sand, My movement shall expose it. Where My people have stood upon the Rock, they shall rise to higher places in this season.

For America, I have set Angelic guardians at the gates; not only in the south but in the east, the west, and the north. These are not angels of passive watch; they are spiritual soldiers of the turning tide. And I am now commanding the tide of My Spirit to rise and shift the course of your nation. It will not come gently as a gradual swell; but as a sudden surge, filling every inlet and bay. Harbors of complacency will be flooded. Docks of tradition will be overwhelmed. My tide will lift every spiritual vessel that has been prepared and waiting.

I am opening the vault of heaven over the heartland of America. A canopy of clarity is being stretched over it; watch Saint Louis! Under this canopy, revelation will fall like warm rain, and dreams will sprout overnight. The drought of confusion is coming to an end. Sons and daughters of the Spirit who have sown in tears will step into fields suddenly ripe with harvest; not in season but out of season, for I am the Lord of all seasons!

Listen for the sound of the ram’s horn from the west coast; it will be a sign of victory for you, California. After, there shall come an assembly; for I am calling My warriors not to a battlefield of flesh, but to the high places of prayer and consecration. In this place, I will hand you scrolls of destiny; not for you alone but for cities and regions. The writing on them will be visible only in the light of unified worship. When you lift your voices as one, the strategies will appear, and you will know the time to advance.

A ring of fire is being drawn around you. This is not a fire of judgment; but a fire of covenant remembrance. Where My name has been forgotten, the fire will restore the altar. Where My promises have been abandoned, the fire will rekindle the testimony. This ring will spread; not as a wild blaze, but as a controlled burn of holiness, clearing away the undergrowth of compromise.

To the intercessors who have kept watch through the night, I say: your vigil has forged keys in the spirit. In the coming months, doors you have long prayed over will swing open so suddenly that some will fear it is a trap. Do not fear; it is My timing. Walk through. The doors lead not to boardrooms, palaces, or platforms first; but to fields of divine connection where you will meet others I have prepared, and the pieces of My puzzle will come together.

I am breathing upon the dormant mantles. Those who have carried hidden anointings for healing, for creativity, for governance will feel a quickening upon their shoulders. Do not shrug it off; step into the weight of it. It is time to move from the closet of preparation to the street of manifestation.

Mark this; the number seven will echo in this hour. Seven winds, seven wells broken open in the spirit, seven strategic alignments among My people. Where you see the number seven emerge in your circumstances, recognize it as My hand completion and new beginning converging.

This is not a season to build monuments; but to erect tents. Stay mobile. Stay responsive. My cloud is moving. My glory will rest in gathering places; not in stagnant institutions. Be ready to move with it.

The prototype is not a place but a people; a people of presence, obedience, and unity. As you move, you will demonstrate Me. And the wind from My nostrils will carry the fragrance of your obedience across the nations.

So rise. Align. Move. The shift has started. The tide is turning. The fire is circling. The sound is echoing. I am doing this not by your might, but by My Spirit.”

I went back to Luke this morning just to revisit the story of Christmas… and Luke 2:7 hit me like an arrow to the chest:

“She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in cloths and laid him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn.”

We romanticize that line so much that we forget how brutal it actually is. If the gospel narrative is true, then that’s not a cute nativity detail. That is the most explosive statement in human history.

The God who created galaxies entered His own creation… and there was no room for Him.

No royal welcome, no palace, no safety, no honor, not even a bed. He comes into the world He made, and the doors are closed in His face.

This is the single greatest scandal of Christianity: God doesn’t supervise salvation from a throne. He steps into it. He doesn’t arrive in glory. He arrives vulnerable. He doesn’t come intimidating humanity into submission. He comes as a child who can’t even hold His own head up. If you were inventing a religion, this is not the story you’d write.

Luke is quietly showing something staggering about God’s character:
He wins, not by force, but by love.
He saves, not by domination, but by self-giving. He comes close, not as a King demanding space, but as a Savior entering even when there is “no room.”

And that manger isn’t sentimental. It’s confrontational.

It confronts our pride, cos humanity has always had space for power, wealth, celebrity, and status… just never space for God unless He serves our plans.

It confronts our illusions of strength cos God is showing that real power isn’t the ability to crush. Real power is the courage to empty yourself for the sake of others.

It confronts religion, cos God bypassed temples and elites and arrived where animals feed… then announced His coming not to emperors, but to shepherds.

Luke 2:7 tells us who God is.

He is not distant, He is not indifferent, He is not cold sovereignty. He is the God who chooses weakness so He can stand with the weak. He is the God who walks into human pain instead of observing it from afar. He is the God who would rather be rejected with us than reign without us.

If this verse is true, Christianity isn’t just another belief system. It’s a radical claim that the deepest power in the universe is love; not might, not fear, not spectacle.

So yes… this verse broke me today.
Because if this is who God is… then hope isn’t sentimental. Grace isn’t theoretical. And Christmas isn’t “cute.”

It’s God stepping into history quietly…
exposing us gently… and saving us completely. Luke 2:7 isn’t a children’s story. It’s a revolution.

I sound mad, because I am.
