@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson Enlighten us then. What is your point exactly and how does it relate to what this was originally about? And actually, what in your mind is this about?
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson What do you want, for her to post the entire email chain? Because based on the image she posted, it looks like that is the entire individual email that you sent since the "Sent from my iPhone" is automatically added only to the end of an email.
@Wandering_Tyree@IntotheFrisson You missed my point. My point was, treat others how you wish to be treated. You breached her consent first, so she breached yours. When I asked if you would treat a friend this way, you said you would.
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson Your consent was given when you agreed to her TOS, which you are doing when you agree to commission her and send payment. If you didn't read it, that's not her problem.
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson She didn't breach consent. Did you pay her privacy fee as outlined in her TOS? No? Then you agreed to her posting the finished piece publicly. You are the one who then posted her WIP images breaching her TOS and consent as outlined there.
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson Then why did you bring up the fact that you didn't ask for her to show her WIP images to you? There was no pointing bringing up this issue if it didn't support your argument.
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson The correct thing to do would have been to ask if she was comfortable having the WIP images shown as they are not finished pieces and were not meant for the public eye in the first place. It is not unreasonable to ask that unfinished work not be shared when it is not your own.
@Wandering_Tyree@EdoNinjaZ@IntotheFrisson It doesn't matter if it's legal or not to post them, it's disrespectful to post unfinished work that isn't your own work without the creator's permission. If she had publicly shared these as WIP shots, it would be different, but they were privately shared to you as her client.
